Living / Dining
The living and dining areas are open plan. The living area is equipped with a Sony 55" screen smart TV, an elevated wood burning stove a comfortable sofa and chair, there are patio doors with side windows leading to the outside patio area.The dining area has a large cloakroom cupboard and a very sizeable dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is positioned next to the dining area and again is open plan.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven and an induction hob, tower fridge freezer and larder cupboard together with a range of storage cupboards and a dish washer. There is a full range of crockery and cooking equipment.
A door leads from the kitchen to the utility/boot room housing a washing machine a tumble dryer and a sink. This room is ideal for drying off wet dogs. A door leads to the outside patio area and at the end of the building is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. This room also houses the Ground Source Heat Pump which warms the home and supplies the hot water.
Bedroom
The spacious bedroom features a high vaulted ceiling with exposed timber truss. A king size bed occupies the centre of the space, and there is a wordrobe and chest of drawers that offer plenty of clothes storage space. The bedroom leads on to a luxurious en suite shower room.
